The double eccentric semi-ball valve is used to spray pulverized coal,coke oven gas,dust-laden gas containing particles of the fuid and transmission equipment used in metallurgy,mineral processing,production of pulverized coal injection valve.Has the following characteristics:
1.Straight,single seal,eccentric structure,particularly for two-phase flow of pulverzed coal injection medium,unobstructed flow passage through,not fouling or stuck phenomenon.Switch light when open,the ball and the housing detachment,without any contact,flexible boot.When closed,the hemisphere and valve seat squeeze cutting action can be removed with the sealing surface dirt,tight seal reliable.
2.The seal pair spool left the amount of compensation valve used for a long time to find the seal pair wear,just loose hands round side limit bolt rotation a little closed,you can still achieve reliable sealing and prolong life.
